Morkisch Earns First Team All-Region

ALVIN, Texas – Alvin Community College sophomore outfielder Kasen Morkisch earned First Team All-National Junior College Athletic Association Region 14 honors. It is the second straight year she's earned First Team All-Region.

She also earned First Team All-Region XIV Athletic Conference honors.

Morkisch, of New Caney, Texas, batted .455 with four triples, five doubles, 12 runs batted in, 34 stolen bases and 56 runs scored.

She went 4-for-4 at Lamar State-Arthur April 3. Morkisch collected three hits in eight games.

Morkisch was a Second Team All-Conference pick last year.
